Thank you for the list of items to improve legislative procedures. Very solid! ESPECIALLY the appropriate title and having full text published well in advance of hearings. I can't believe current rules allow them to NOT do that. I can't think of any additions offhand, but I'll keep mulling it over. Do we think we can get a sponsor to introduce a bill that proposes these changes?

I bet we know someone who can sponsor these ideas! It’s too late this session. We need to aim at next session. So keep contemplating!
