The Northern Maine Transmission Line RFP was released December 19 2025. See docket filings here (2025-00361)
On January 29, 2026 at 9am there will be a question and answer bidders conference. This is a great time to watch and see who the bidders are (or at least some of them.) I emailed the state and was told there is no need to register—just click the link that says “Live and Recorded Video” on the MPUC homepage.
