Eminent domain bill passes Senate and House
Feasibility Study passes house, goes to Senate next week
LD 2087, the bill to minimize use of eminent domain, passed both the state Senate and House this week.
LD 2205, the bill for a feasibility study, passed the house, and will proceed to Senate after the snow storm.
The links are about 30 seconds each. Interesting to watch democracy in action. It appears they passed without a roll call vote because they came out of committee unanimous. This world is new to me.
